To get a shipping quote, click "add item to basket".  Your basket should appear to the right of your screen (if not, go to the top of the page and click on "View Basket").   Now click the shipping rates link labeled "click here for shipping rates" enter your zip/postal code and then click "check rates"

If you can't get a shipping rate this way, give us a call at 717-243-3368 or send an email to sales@treestand.com be sure to include the the product code and your postal zip code in your message.

We do not charge an extra handling fee 

Shipping instructions.
Please leave any specific shipping instructions in the special requests box at checkout (example: "place package on back porch") All products will be shipped "no signature needed" unless you request a signature in the special instructions line of the check out menu.    Requesting a signature adds an additional $3.00 to the cost of your shipping.

Can I purchase shipping insurance?
All orders are insured for the exact dollar amount of the merchandise shipped.  All merchandise is the responsibility of Treestand.com until the order is delivered by the shipper.  The customer is responsible for providing a safe and secure delivery address for the order.

What if my ship to is different than my billing address?
You may choose to have your order shipped to a different location; however, be aware that your order may take a few extra days to ship as we verify your order.

When will my order ship?
If your order is placed before 11:00am EST, Sunday through Thursday, your order will usually ship within 24 hours.

How long does it take to get to me?
You should receive your order within three to seven business days.

Where do you ship to?
Presently, we only ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We are working diligently to service Alaska and Canada and on special occasions, by phone are able to service those areas as well.

What happens if my product isn't in stock?
In the unlikely event that your order has been backordered, please allow three weeks for delivery. Backordered items will be shipped automatically unless we are notified otherwise.

How can I get a better rate on my shipping?
