Return Policy

15 Day for Any Reason Return OR 30 Days for even exchange if defective

     We pride ourselves in customer service and are committed to your satisfaction.  We strive to carry quality products, which will serve you well for years to come.  However, from time-to-time, we understand that our merchandise may become damaged in route or is inherently defective from the factory.

     You may return any product within 30 days of your product's arrival date for an even exchange in the event of a defect.  The return must include the original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories provided by the manufacturer.  Please do not mark boxes or other information.  After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly. If you have any questions concerning your product please feel free to contact us at 717-243-3368. You may contact Treestand.com at support@treestand.com for contact information to your stand’s manufacturer.

     All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number.  Please email us at RMA_Request@treestand.com or call Treestand.com at 717-243-3368 for your RMA #.  Please provide the following information in your request:

  • Customer Name
  • Invoice number
  • Date of purchase
  • Nature of the problem

If for ANY reason you don’t think that the stand is right for you within 15 days of receiving the stand, and before using it, you may request a return.  You will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and will be responsible for all shipping costs.
