Your Privacy
How does Treestand.com use the information you provided and protect your privacy?
Treestand.com has created a privacy policy in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. Please read our privacy policy for complete details.

Your Order History
After you have set-up Your Account and placed your first order you will be able to view your past orders. You will be able to reprint your receipt, check the status of your order and even track the shipment.

Login Name: Select a name that you will easily remember. Select a name at least 6 characters long for security.
Email Address:
To save your info you must have a valid email address. Enter your email address in the form of "name@domain.com".
Passwords: To keep your personal information secure, do not use a password that can be easily guessed such as your user name or your real name.
Forgotten Passwords: If you've forgotten your password, enter your login name and select "Please Email Me My Password" and you will be sent your password immediately. If you still need help, call 717-243-3368 for assistance.

Accessing Your Account Information
From here you can create an account or edit your existing account.

As an added security feature, you may be required to re-enter your login name and password after you have been in My Account for a period of time. This protects against someone else accessing your personal information if you step away from your computer. After you have completed an order you will automatically be logged out for security reasons. You can easily log back into the site to access Your Account.

If you use a shared computer, when you finish shopping at Treestand.com, sign out to clear your personal information from the local computer. Click on my account and click on "Logout".

This section displays the information you entered when you first saved Your Account information. If you want to change your login name or password you can do it from this screen. Password fields will appear blank and text entered will show up as asterisks to protect your security.

Shipping and Billing
Enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Incomplete or incorrect info may slow order processing. A ten-digit phone number is required in case of delivery problems.

If the address you want your Treestand.com orders shipped to differs from your billing address, enter that address here as well.

If you shipping address is different than your billing address, please be sure that the address is on file with your credit card company. If this information is not on record with your credit card company this will delay shipment of your order.

Credit Cards
Treestand.com does not store credit card numbers in "Your Account" for security reasons. This is done to protect your financial information. Every time you place an order you will be required to re-enter your credit card number.
